Tuition & Fees

Obtaining an education at Trinity Lutheran School is an investment in your most priceless asset—your child. We have provided information about our tuition and fees to help you plan financially. Please contact us if you have questions.

Payment Process

For your convenience, we accept tuition, fees, and childcare payments through the Brightwheel app, cash, check, or credit card. Make all checks payable to Trinity Lutheran School. 

Parents are responsible for timely tuition payments, and family discounts are available for multiple enrolled children. We turn all accounts 60 days past due over to collections and may terminate your child’s enrollment. Payments are due according to the following schedule:

  • Full time childcare payments are due each week.
  • Preschool tuition is due on the first of every month, August through May. 
  • Elementary tuition is due in advance of services and paid in ten equal installments on the 20th of each month. We offer an optional 12-month schedule for a limited number of families. Please note: all tuition payments for the previous year must be paid before your child can be reenrolled in our program.
  • All fees are due either upon registration or prior to the first day of school. 

Registration Fee: Variable by program

  • Non-refundable and due with your registration.

Late Payment Fee: $20 

  • Assessed after the 20th of the month in which payment is due.

Nonsufficient Funds Fee: $25

  • Two nonsufficient funds fees will trigger a “cash- only” designation on your account.

Books & Supplies Fee: Variable by class
