Financial Contract

The elementary financial contract for the 2026–2027 school year. Choose your tuition rate and payment schedule, review the fee policies, and sign electronically. No payment is due today. When you submit, a copy is sent to the office and a confirmation is emailed to you.

Policy acknowledgments

On the paper contract, each of these is initialed. Check each box to acknowledge and agree.

Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month and payments are due no later than the 20th of the same month. If payment is not received by the 20th, a $20.00 late fee will be assessed. If payment is not made in full by the 20th of the following month, my child may not be allowed to attend school or participate in school activities until the account is current.I understand that students can be present at school from 7:50 a.m. until 3:35 p.m. If my child is here before 7:50 a.m. or remains past 3:35 p.m., my child will be signed into childcare and I will be charged the childcare rate of $7.50 per hour (with a $7.50 minimum).There will be no adjustments for absences, vacations, snow days, school closures, or periods of switching to online instruction for less than 30 days. The BOCE will determine adjustments if there is a suspension of face-to-face instruction for more than 30 days.I understand I am responsible for and agree to pay tuition to Trinity Lutheran School in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Board of Christian Education in the Fee Payment section of the Parent/Student Handbook. Any changes to this contract, including termination or schedule changes, must be given in writing to the school office at least two weeks in advance.
